Protein Powders in Cooking and Baking

Many customers currently use our protein powders and other nutritional ingredients in cooking. For the best tasting results, we recommend using our whey protein isolates or pea protein for most standard recipes. The protein should not denature in low grade heat, however baking in degrees over 400 may slightly denature the material.
